Jeho konstrukce bude detailn\u011b pops\u00e1na, s d\u016frazem na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty a jejich funkci.<\/p>\n<h3>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy ultrazvukov\u00e9ho sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Ultrazvukov\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00ed vibrace (obvykle v rozsahu 20-40 kHz) k roztaven\u00ed a spojen\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f.  Vibrace jsou p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161eny p\u0159es sonotrodu (hrot) na spojovan\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly.  T\u0159en\u00ed a teplo generovan\u00e9 vibracemi zp\u016fsob\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00ed taven\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed.  Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed amplitudy a frekvence vibrac\u00ed, aby se dos\u00e1hlo optim\u00e1ln\u00edho sva\u0159ovac\u00edho procesu.
