Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek podrobn\u011b popisuje proces v\u00fdroby biodieselu.<\/p>\n<h3>Suroviny pro v\u00fdrobu biodieselu<\/h3>\n<p>K v\u00fdrob\u011b biodieselu je pot\u0159eba rostlinn\u00fd olej (nap\u0159. \u0159epkov\u00fd, slune\u010dnicov\u00fd, s\u00f3jov\u00fd) nebo \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fd tuk (nap\u0159. s\u00e1dlo). P\u0159ed samotnou transesterifikac\u00ed je vhodn\u00e9 olej p\u0159edem filtrovat, aby se odstranily ne\u010distoty.<\/p>\n<h3>Proces transesterifikace<\/h3>\n<p>Transesterifikace je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm krokem p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b biodieselu.  Zahrnuje reakci oleje s methanolem (nebo ethanolem) za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti katalyz\u00e1toru, obvykle hydroxidu sodn\u00e9ho (NaOH) nebo hydroxidu draseln\u00e9ho (KOH).
