To se d\u00e1 dos\u00e1hnout filtrac\u00ed nebo odst\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h3>Transesterifikace<\/h3>\n<p>Toto je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze v\u00fdroby biodieselu.  Transesterifikace je chemick\u00e1 reakce, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se triglyceridy v kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9m oleji reaguj\u00ed s alkoholem (obvykle methanolem) za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti katalyz\u00e1toru (obvykle hydroxidu sodn\u00e9ho nebo draseln\u00e9ho). Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplota se pohybuje kolem 50-60 \u00b0C.  Reak\u010dn\u00ed sm\u011bs je nutn\u00e9 d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edchat, aby se zajistila dokonal\u00e1 reakce.  Trv\u00e1n\u00ed reakce se pohybuje od n\u011bkolika hodin a\u017e po cel\u00fd den, v z\u00e1vislosti na pou\u017eit\u00fdch parametrech.<\/p>\n<h3>Separace a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed transesterifikace je nutn\u00e9 odd\u011blit biodiesel od glycerinu.  To se d\u00e1 prov\u00e9st odst\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm nebo decantac\u00ed.  Glycerin se usad\u00ed na dn\u011b n\u00e1doby, zat\u00edmco biodiesel tvo\u0159\u00ed horn\u00ed vrstvu.  V\u00fdsledn\u00fd biodiesel je pak nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, aby se odstranily zbyl\u00e9 ne\u010distoty a glycerin.
