Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 kontrola a \u00fadr\u017eba t\u011bchto sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f zaru\u010duje p\u0159esn\u00e9 a spolehliv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky.  Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 metody kontroly ultrazvukov\u00fdch sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f a pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m s diagnostikou p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrola<\/h3>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm krokem p\u0159i kontrole ultrazvukov\u00e9ho sn\u00edma\u010de je d\u016fkladn\u00e1 vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed inspekce. Hledejte jak\u00e9koliv zn\u00e1mky po\u0161kozen\u00ed, jako jsou praskliny na krytu, ohnut\u00e9 nebo zlomen\u00e9 kabely, nebo zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na piezoelektrick\u00e9m prvku.  D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 zkontrolovat p\u0159ipojen\u00ed kabelu a konektoru. To se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed osciloskopu.  Spr\u00e1vn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed sn\u00edma\u010d by m\u011bl generovat \u010dist\u00fd a siln\u00fd ultrazvukov\u00fd sign\u00e1l.  Deformovan\u00fd, slab\u00fd, nebo chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed sign\u00e1l nazna\u010duje probl\u00e9m se sn\u00edma\u010dem, elektronikou nebo p\u0159ipojen\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed citlivosti<\/h3>\n<p>Citlivost ultrazvukov\u00e9ho sn\u00edma\u010de ud\u00e1v\u00e1 jeho schopnost detekovat slab\u00e9 odrazy ultrazvuku.  M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed citlivosti se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed kalibrovan\u00e9ho referen\u010dn\u00edho bloku.  Sn\u00edma\u010d se p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00ed na referen\u010dn\u00ed blok a m\u011b\u0159\u00ed se amplituda p\u0159ijat\u00e9ho sign\u00e1lu.  Porovn\u00e1n\u00edm nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty s referen\u010dn\u00ed hodnotou se zjist\u00ed, zda je citlivost sn\u00edma\u010de v norm\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>Kontrola akustick\u00e9ho kontaktu<\/h3>\n<p>Kvalitn\u00ed akustick\u00fd kontakt mezi sn\u00edma\u010dem a zkouman\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ultrazvukov\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.  Nedostate\u010dn\u00fd kontakt vede k degradaci sign\u00e1lu.  Pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed akustick\u00e9ho kontaktu se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy spojovac\u00edch gel\u016f nebo olej\u016f.  Kontrolujte, zda je spojovac\u00ed materi\u00e1l spr\u00e1vn\u011b aplikov\u00e1n a zda nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k tvorb\u011b vzduchov\u00fdch bublin.<\/p>\n<h3>Kalibrace<\/h3>\n<p>Pravideln\u00e1 kalibrace ultrazvukov\u00e9ho sn\u00edma\u010de je nezbytn\u00e1 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159esnosti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.  Kalibrace se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pomoc\u00ed kalibra\u010dn\u00edch blok\u016f s p\u0159esn\u011b definovan\u00fdmi vlastnostmi.
