Doba \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stupni zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a typu pou\u017eit\u00e9ho roztoku.  Obvykle se pohybuje od 5 do 15 minut.  Po skon\u010den\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 PCB d\u016fkladn\u011b opl\u00e1chnout deionizovanou vodou a nechat d\u016fkladn\u011b vyschnout.
