There was some issues with getting warranty service, I believe, due to the expense and difficulty involved in returning defective materials for analysis and repairs. Other than that, my opinion of this company is favorable and I will continue to do business with them without hesitation.

I think that you sonic signal generator is everything that I had expected. I do, however, think you could make one small improvement. I would greatly appreciate a very small operators manuel that would in 1 or 2 pages explain the basic functions of the equipment. I that way I could be confident that I was using the equipment to its fullest extent. Otherwise I like the insturment very much.
