How can I know if the cavitation in my ultrasonic cleaner is correct
Low quality of cleaning is oftentimes due to an error in at least one of the factors involved in cleaning. It could be a malfunctioning ultrasonic cleaner, the wrong solution, incorrect temperature, or inappropriate cleaning time. If you are sure that the solution, time, and temperature are correct but the cleaning is still poor, test your cleaner. It’s highly likely that there is a problem with its cavitation. You could do the microscope slide test or the foil test to know if your cleaner is cavitating properly.
