B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y s\u1ebd h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn chi ti\u1ebft c\u00e1ch s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t biodiesel t\u1ea1i nh\u00e0, t\u1eadp trung v\u00e0o ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a este (transesterification).<\/p>\n<h3>Nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u c\u1ea7n chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb<\/h3>\n<p>\u0110\u1ec3 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t biodiesel, b\u1ea1n c\u1ea7n chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb c\u00e1c nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u sau:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u1ea7u th\u1ef1c v\u1eadt ho\u1eb7c m\u1ee1 \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1eadt \u0111\u00e3 qua s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ho\u1eb7c m\u1edbi. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y sinh nhi\u1ec7t, c\u1ea7n th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng th\u00f4ng tho\u00e1ng v\u00e0 \u0111eo g\u0103ng tay b\u1ea3o h\u1ed9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00e0m n\u00f3ng d\u1ea7u:<\/strong> \u0110un n\u00f3ng d\u1ea7u l\u00ean kho\u1ea3ng 55-60\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tr\u1ed9n dung d\u1ecbch x\u00fac t\u00e1c v\u00e0 d\u1ea7u:<\/strong> T\u1eeb t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ed5 dung d\u1ecbch x\u00fac t\u00e1c v\u00e0o d\u1ea7u \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng v\u00e0 khu\u1ea5y \u0111\u1ec1u trong kho\u1ea3ng 1-2 gi\u1edd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>T\u00e1ch l\u1edbp:<\/strong> Sau khi khu\u1ea5y, h\u1ed7n h\u1ee3p s\u1ebd t\u00e1ch th\u00e0nh hai l\u1edbp: l\u1edbp biodiesel \u1edf tr\u00ean v\u00e0 l\u1edbp glycerin \u1edf d\u01b0\u1edbi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u1eeda biodiesel:<\/strong> R\u1eeda biodiesel b\u1eb1ng n\u01b0\u1edbc \u1ea5m nhi\u1ec1u l\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ec3 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf x\u00e0 ph\u00f2ng, glycerin v\u00e0 methanol c\u00f2n s\u00f3t l\u1ea1i.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u1ea5y kh\u00f4:<\/strong>  S\u1ea5y kh\u00f4 biodiesel \u0111\u1ec3 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00f2n s\u00f3t l\u1ea1i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng<\/h3>\n<p>Sau khi s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m tra ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng biodiesel b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p nh\u01b0 \u0111o \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1edbt, \u0111i\u1ec3m ch\u1edbp ch\u00e1y, h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u01b0u \u00fd an to\u00e0n<\/h3>\n<p>Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t biodiesel s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c h\u00f3a ch\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9c h\u1ea1i v\u00e0 d\u1ec5 ch\u00e1y. B\u1ea3o qu\u1ea3n methanol v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t x\u00fac t\u00e1c xa t\u1ea7m tay tr\u1ebb em.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u1ec7c s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t biodiesel t\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi s\u1ef1 t\u1ec9 m\u1ec9 v\u00e0 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t quy tr\u00ecnh c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 c\u00e1c bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p an to\u00e0n.
