1. Can we adjust atomizing quantity?

Not, only can be changed by water level.

2. Can we turn off LED (If it has)?

No. It’s better choose ultrasonic atomizer without LED when indoor.

3. Does it have noise?

No. Most ultrasonic humidifiers tend to operate quieter than other models. That’s because they do not have a fan, as evaporative humidifiers usually do. This keeps noise levels down.

4. Will it leak electricity?

The principle of ultrasonic atomizer is that ultrasonic vibration generates mist, do not touch atomizer with hand when it is working, might have the feeling of prick, but it is not electricity.

General Considerations

  1. Please do not turn the atomizer upside down after switching on the power, which will damage the atomizer.
  2. Please do not use it for a long time or more than 10 hours.
  3. Do not touch the atomizing plate when the atomizer is running.
  4. Ensure water quality. Please use clean tap water.(deterioration of water quality will affect service life)
  5. Please cut off the power before moving or repairing.
  6. Atomized piezoceramics belong to consumables whose service life is more than 3600 hours. If the fogging capacity of the atomizer is significantly reduced, please clean the atomized piezo (without any detergent) with cotton swab to keep them clean.If the amount of atomization is still small after cleaning, please replace one atomization piezo. (suggest to buy atomized piezo together)

  • Customized products takes 10 - 30 days to manufacture which we shall communicate via Email, and then ship via DHL, less than 10 days shipping.

Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.
