Ultrasonic biodiesel reactor produces biodiesel at the fastest possible time and at the most efficient way. Ultrasonic waves act on the mixed ingredients, causing the production and implosion of many tiny bubbles. This is called cavitation. Cavitation mixes and heats the mixture at the same time. These two processes cause transesterification. Because an ultrasonic biodiesel reactor mixes and heats the mixture simultaneously, the time needed to produce biodiesel is significantly reduced. And so, instead of processing mixtures by batch, which takes a lot of time, mixtures are processed through inline transesterification.
